1. General & User Eligibility

Contractual Capacity: Users must be 18+ to enter into a contract.

Applicable Law: Disputes are governed by local, state, or national laws. 

2. Product Information & Accuracy

Color/Texture Variations: Acknowledge that color may vary based on monitor settings and that natural materials (wood, leather) may have slight, non-refundable variations.

Dimensions: Customers are responsible for ensuring furniture fits through doorways, staircases, and in their home. 

3. Orders & Payment

Acceptance: Orders are considered accepted only when the product is dispatched, not when the order is placed.

Cancellations: Deposits or full payments may not be refunded if cancellation occurs after production or shipment. 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Scope: Clearly state if delivery is to the doorstep, threshold, or room-of-choice.

Damages/Shortage: Customers must report transit damage within a very short timeframe (e.g., 2 days).

Storage Fees: Define charges for delayed acceptance of delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy: Clearly state if returns are allowed, or if only replacements for damaged/defective items are provided.

Condition: Items must be in original condition to be returned.

6. Limitation of Liability 

Maximum Liability: Liability is usually capped at the purchase price of the product.

Installation/Usage: The company is not liable for damages caused by improper assembly or misuse of furniture

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including photos and designs, is protected by copyright.
